Forms and Orderable Items for Exhibiting Companies

  • Samples Request Form: The Palm Beach County Convention Center requires that all exhibitors providing food or beverage samples of any kind, complete this form.
  • Loading Dock Registration Form: This year we are implementing a loading dock and ramp schedule for setup. This is being done as a way of organizing the process for better efficiency and safety. Appointments will be provided on a first come first serve basis. We’re asking every exhibitor and/or broker to fill out this form and return to Aubrie Leigh Pennekamp.
  • Exhibitor Kit: Excel Decorators is the official exhibit services contractor the event. You will receive an email from them with log-in info to order online. The kit includes info on how to order furniture, carpet, and shipping info.
  • Palm Beach Convention Center Exhibit Info Page: Includes info on how to order electrical and other items from the convention center.
  • The Exhibitor Hospitality Menu: Includes info on ordering ice.

 

Expo Theme

The theme is School Nutrition in Paradise. The colors are teal, yellow, and orange. Style your booth with all things tropical and win the 2019 Style Award. The grand prize is First Booth Choice at next year's expo!
