Safety Plan

FSNA and the Westin Sarasota are committed to making the LEAD Summit & Leadership Training a safe event with your health top-of-mind. Below are the safety plans we are enacting onsite along with Marriott's Commitment to Cleanliness plan.

  • Meeting rooms will include social-distanced seating
  • Hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the meeting areas
  • Masks are encouraged, but not required.
  • Attendees will be able to visually identify their comfort-level with designations of Red for No Contact - No exceptions, Yellow for minimal contact - Elbows Only-Still Cautious, and Green for High-Fives & Handshakes
  • Registration will be Minimal-Touch
  • Temperatures will be checked each day before entering the first event

Sustaining Industry Partner Lightning Rounds

The LEAD Summit includes the Lightning Rounds - a special opportunity for district personnel to network and to learn about industry trends, new products, equipment, and services. Through a lottery system, FSNA will invite 16 companies to attend the event and participate in the Industry Lightning Rounds.
