Booth Registration

**REGISTRATION PROCESS IS DIGITIZED!**

STEP 1: Make your booth selection online.
View the Online Map webpage. The map is updated in real time. This is where you will pick your booth(s) and provide your contact info to receive the online registration form. You can select multiple booths at a time.

**Things to note: When you click on a booth, it will be added to your cart on the right side of the page. Selected booths will remain in your cart for 15 minutes, and then released. If you are unable to click on a booth, someone else has it in their cart – you will get a red error message on the right side of the page.

STEP 2: Complete the online Booth Registration Form.
An email will be sent to the contact information provided in the Online Map submission. The email will confirm the booths that you have selected and include a link to the online registration form through the FSNA website that needs to be completed for each company. This will look almost identical to the paper form that’s been used in previous years. You will be able to join/renew your SIP membership and add sponsorship and advertising opportunities to your order.

STEP 3: Pay the invoice online with a credit card or send a check.
A $25 processing fee will be added to all credit card purchases.

Booth Pricing

We know these are difficult and uncertain times for everyone, so the Early Bird Price has been extended and will be honored throughout the entire registration period. Registration will be open until all booths are filled.

Full Booth

  • Sustaining Industry Partners* $1,600 (rate is for first booth only)
  • Non-Members $1,800

Shared Booth^

  • Sustaining Industry Partners* $900
  • Non-Members $1,000

*Sustaining Industry Partner (SIP) membership status will be verified by FSNA. Member companies must maintain their 2020-21 membership to qualify for member pricing. Individual manufacturers represented by a broker must each be a SIP member to receive member pricing.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols:

FSNA will be implementing several new policies to ensure the safety of all vendors, attendees, and staff including requiring masks and temperature checks and encouraging social distancing. Samples will be allowed, but there will be guidelines for handling and placement of the unpackaged food in the booths. With all of the uncertainties, these rules are subject to change. Final policies will be sent out before the Expo.
