Your registration fee covers access to all conference sessions including select meals that are indicated on the agenda, The Friday night party, networking opportunities, and any materials provided during the conference.

Yes. We are happy to accept registration transfers to a colleague or another attendee. Please email info@floridaschoolnutiriton.org with the full name, title, and email address of the individual taking your place on or before April 14, 2026.

No. Advanced registration is required for all FSNA events. By registering ahead of time, we can ensure that we are fully prepared for your arrival, allowing us to provide a smoother, more efficient experience. This helps to minimize wait times during the check-in process, so you can spend more time enjoying the event. Online registration ends on Monday, April 14, 2026 at 12noon.

Yes. Shuttle service will be provided for the 2026 "Gathering Table" experience. To make your arrival as easy as possible, FSNA will provide a scheduled shuttle service to transport guests from the main hotel areas to the Expo Hall. This ensures you can get to your sessions quickly and comfortably without a long walk. (the shuttle times will be posted soon)

We suggest dressing in Smart Business Casual. Since the Expo hall temperatures can be a bit unpredictable (and often on the chilly side), we recommend bringing an extra layer (a blazer or cardigan) to ensure that you are comfortable.

We are pleased to share that the World Equestrian Center offers complimentary self-parking for all our attendees. There is no additional cost to park your vehicle on the property during the event. Where should I park for the Food Show and Main Sessions? The main event activities will take place in the Expo Hall, which is located toward the back of the property. While you are welcome to park in the lots adjacent to the Expo Hall at no charge, please note that the property is quite large. Is there a shuttle service available? Yes! This ensures you can get to your sessions quickly and comfortably without a long walk. What about the Friday Night Party at The Manor? Since The Manor is located directly across from the hotel, it is just a short, convenient walk for our guests. Therefore, a shuttle service will not be provided for the Friday night festivities.
