No. Advanced registration is required for all FSNA events. By registering ahead of time, we can ensure that we are fully prepared for your arrival, allowing us to provide a smoother, more efficient experience. This helps to minimize wait times during the check-in process, so you can spend more time enjoying the event.

We are thrilled to host our premier conference at the world-class World Equestrian Center in Ocala! Whether you are here for the high-energy show floor or our exclusive networking socials, our venue provides a stunning backdrop for innovation and connection.

• Main Sessions & Food Show: Head to the Expo Hall, located toward the back of the property. This expansive space will house our premier exhibits and keynote presentations.

• Stress-Free Transit: To make your experience seamless, a dedicated shuttle service will run on a set schedule to transport guests directly to the Expo Hall. Prefer to drive? Self-parking is available at no additional cost to you.

• Friday Night Party at The Manor: Kick off the weekend with us at The Manor! Because this venue is located directly across from the hotel, a shuttle service will not be provided for this event, it’s just a short, easy stroll from your room to the celebration.

We suggest dressing in Smart Business Casual. Since the Expo hall temperatures can be a bit unpredictable (and often on the chilly side), we recommend bringing an extra layer (a blazer or cardigan) to ensure that you are comfortable.

We are pleased to share that the World Equestrian Center offers complimentary self-parking for all our attendees. There is no additional cost to park your vehicle on the property during the event.

Where should I park for the Food Show and Main Sessions? The main event activities will take place in the Expo Hall, which is located toward the back of the property. While you are welcome to park in the lots adjacent to the Expo Hall at no charge, please note that the property is quite large.

Is there a shuttle service available? Yes! To make your arrival as easy as possible, FSNA will provide a scheduled shuttle service to transport guests from the main hotel areas to the Expo Hall. This ensures you can get to your sessions quickly and comfortably without a long walk. ( the shuttle times will be posted on the conference app)

What about the Friday Night Party at The Manor? Since The Manor is located directly across from the hotel, it is just a short, convenient walk for our guests. Therefore, a shuttle service will not be provided for the Friday night festivities.
