Yes. We are happy to accept registration transfers to a colleague or another attendee. Please email info@floridaschoolnutiriton.org with the full name, title, and email address of the individual taking your place on or before December 19, 2025.
No. Advanced registration is required for all FSNA events. By registering ahead of time, we can ensure that we are fully prepared for your arrival, allowing us to provide a smoother, more efficient experience. This helps to minimize wait times during the check-in process, so you can spend more time enjoying the event.
Yes. All SIP members are warmly invited to attend Voices at The Table 2026. Your participation is a valued part of this statewide advocacy experience and provides an excellent opportunity to engage directly with school nutrition leaders and policymakers.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available and can be viewed within the event registration portal, offering multiple levels of visibility and engagement throughout the program. We encourage our industry partners to register early and secure their preferred sponsorship package.
No. Shuttle service will not be provided for the 2026 Voices at The Table experience.
The event is conveniently hosted at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tallahassee, located at 101 S. Adams Street, just 0.3 miles (approximately a 6-minute walk) from the Florida Capitol (400 S. Monroe Street).
This prime downtown location eliminates the need for shuttle transportation and allows attendees to easily access the Capitol on foot. In addition, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of local eateries, cafés, and evening dining options, making it an ideal central hub for both professional and casual networking during your stay.
No. This event will not be recorded or live-streamed. It is an in-person event only, and we look forward to having you join us there!
We suggest smart business casual for the event. The event space may be on the cooler side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater or jacket if you think you may need it.
Yes. The venue provides open wifi which does not require a password.
No. Each attendee is responsible for scheduling their own appointments with legislators. FSNA will provide you with contact information for your assigned legislators and guidance on how to request and confirm meeting times.
While FSNA will not make appointments on behalf of attendees, we encourage participants to schedule meetings in advance to ensure a meaningful and productive experience.
Voices at The Table is most impactful for those who have scheduled appointments and are prepared to engage directly with their legislators during Capitol Day.
