Hello everyone! I notice that very often I can’t understand my emotions. Sometimes I don’t even understand why I suddenly got upset or irritated. Everything seems to be fine around me, but inside there’s a storm. I want to learn to better understand myself and not “explode” for no reason. Has anyone encountered this? Maybe there are some useful tips or apps that help monitor my mood and control my emotions? I really want to learn to be calmer and more conscious in life, but I don’t know where to start.
